The Austin Film Festival Summer Film Camp returns June 15 – Austin 7, 2009 for its 7th annual program of special film and writing workshops for aspiring, young filmmakers, ages 9 – 18. All workshops are conducted at McCallum High School, home to one of the leading Fine Arts Academies in the country.
The Summer Film Camp, presented by the Austin Film Festival’s Young Filmmakers Program, offers youth unparalleled access to screenwriting, filmmaking and animation production workshops, but allows them also to receive in-depth, personal instruction from industry professionals.
Finished camp projects will be showcased at a local movie theater in August 2009!
